Meet Our Founder, Nicole
Nicole Ullian
Owner & Manager
Paradise Nannies Hawaii is owned locally by Nicole Ullian. Nicole earned her bachelors degree in education and business management from the University of Vermont and her masters degree in education from Johnson State College in Vermont. Nicole then spent 10 years as an educator teaching middle school mathematics in Vermont, Massachusetts and eventually Hawaii.
During her time in college and while working as a teacher, Nicole also worked as a nanny, both long-term and for vacationing families. Her passion for nannying and caring for children grew and she carried that with her when she moved to Hawaii to chase the sun. Nicole founded Paradise Nannies Hawaii because she wanted to help nannies in Hawaii realize the same rewarding experience she had serving families as a nanny. And she wanted to use her expertise to assist families in finding the best candidates to help them with all of their childcare needs. Families in Hawaii deserve excellent at-home childcare and that is exactly what Paradise Nannies has to offer.
